Requesting iphone like thumb scrolling
 

I have pieplus for the pie & i can scroll through the website by touch the screen but i seen some one on youtube with a ppc that did that through the contacts menu & etc. If anyone know how to do this it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
