Wmp plays with scrren off
 

I cant seem to find it now but there was a registry hack to keep wmp playing with the screen off. Any one know it?

there is an eraser way then a reg hack. open wmp got to menu, Options, then go to the last tab "Buttons" then set "Toggle Screen" to what ever button you want that will turn off and on the screen.

this allows music to play while the phone is suspended.. dunno if it is what you are looking for..

my slide2play music player from A_C plays with the screen off, but it does hog memory and battery. IMO, i like it better than WMP.

i changed that setting, and it messed me up, wont turn on after it turns off, and have to soft reset.

what was the original value for flags there? started with a 4 then had like 5 or 6 numbers after it

edit: got it, original number was 4194304 .
put it back and it fixed the problem.

guess ill try the screen toggle thing, now that the regedit didnt work...
