You'd have to point the shortcut to the EXE file on the storage card.

you do that by finding the exe or lnk of a file(storage card/program files/live search/livesearch.exe) and u copy it and navigate to windows/start menu/programs and paste shortcut. viola.

Great thread. Has anyone figured out how to change the icon for the link? I've used re/START to change it in the honeycomb, but another launcher I'm using doesn't see the change. I'd rather change it at the source.
