unlocking t-mobile wing
 

ok very important!!..my gf and I got into a bad fight so she goes and switches my password on y wing....I need to kno how to reset it again...I don't care if I will lose any information..

do a hard reset hold both of the soft keys below where it says calender and contacts and keep holding those and use the stylus and press the soft reset button at the same time

its not working

make sure you are pressing both the buttons on the phone not the screen the ones just below where those are on the screen hold those down tight until your fingers are bout to fall off. than keep holding them and use the stylus and do a soft reset and if will work and follow the prompts that it gives you on the screen.

to do a hard reset you need to power the phone off, then hold both soft keys and power the phone back on. once u power the phone on wait about 3 to 5 secs. and release the soft keys the screen should be black with white writing, once you see this screen press the green talk button.

I just want to say think you to GA_boi =D>for the instructions on unlocking t-mobile wing...i called t-mobile and they sucked...thanks soooooo much
