Did it give you any trouble with not being able to detect your Pre? Mine won't detect.

There are a couple of fixes:

1. Make sure your in dev mode.
2. Make sure you selecting "just charge".
3. Restart your pc and your Pre. But don't plug anything in until both have completely rebooted.

Yeah, have done all of that several times, no dice. It worked when I was on Vista, but once I moved to the official Win7 Ultimate, no go. (on any version of WebOS Install)

Maybe I am confused, but I just downloaded WebOS Quick Install 2.53
Am I confusing this with something else?

The download in web browser tweak is still broken in the 2.53 release. Also a few other tweaks are reportedly not working.

One other note, if you installed tweaks under the old 2.03 version, you have to remove them prior to updating to the 2.53 release.

Didn't fix the web downloading but with 1.2 out I don't think that matters anymore.

Just an FYI, WebOS Quick Install is not compatible with WebOS 1.2. The developer plans to have a compatible version out later this week.
