I think that is Black Pearl I, I was looking for Black Pearl Animation 2.

I got it from the thread mentioned in the original post.

FYI, this theme is awesome but takes up about 80mb, so most of you will have to run WP from your storage card. Does anyone know if there a setting/reg entry that will allow you to install WP on your device but access the icons from the storage card? I've looked around but couldn't find anything.
I had earlier posted the same link, but removed it when I realized this theme contains Rumball's animated icons - which aren't free. Out of respect, you may consider doing the same...

Thanks for pointing that out. My current forcast was a clear evening. The only graphic I saw was a blank moon, so I didn't realize they were Rumball's.

Yes - you can store WP themes and icons on your storage card:

On your storage card, create a folder named WeatherPanel. Within it, create folders Themes and Icons. Copy your themes and icons into these folders, and WeatherPanel will find them automatically...
