*** start button and programs ?

hey guys.
not sure if there's a tweak for this yet.
I'm running sense 2.1 rom 6.5. i want the start button(Microsoft flag at the top left conner) to bring up the programs list alike stock rom 6.1. (insteal of the settings)?
