Ok, so I have done a little reworking of the clock. However, I am still unsatisfied with it. I would like to do some finishing touches to it still to smooth it out a bit and possibly thin out the black outline a little. As well as change the AM PM to white or remove it altogether. Since we know if it's day or night when we are staring at a sun or a moon on our phone and in the sky!

Anyhow, here is a shot of what it looks like currently.

Ok, here is the latest on how this clock is coming. I now have it mostly white, partially semi-transparent and shaded. It has a slight black drop-shadow effect, to help make it stand out better on lighter backgrounds.

I have cleaned it up to where I am fairly happy with it now. I still need to either remove the AM/PM, or make it white to match all the other font. I will probably just make it white and call it good.

Any opinions?

This gives an idea of how it looks up against different colors:

I love the latest clock you posted except for the black line through the middle of the numbers. Is there any way to minimize/remove the black line? The line definitely needs to not have a drop shadow.

Other than the middle line I love the clock. The drop shadow around the numbers looks awesome and really helps to have the clock stand out.

Unfortunately, the line is a built in feature, that at this point, is impossible to remove. I completely colored them in on the comic book looking clock above. The line is actually a built in transparency that takes on the color of whatever is behind it, whether it's your background, or part of the shadow. Either way, it stays. I can reduce the shadow in that area to a whiter tone.

Now if I were to modify the Sprint stock style clock, it could have no line through it. It also would not flip.

I would love a no-line non-flipping clock! Maybe just white with drop shadow. I personally don't like the flipping and of course the middle line.

Do you have a screen shot of a no-line non-flipping white drop shadow clock? Lets call it the NLNFWDSC :)
