Found this over at XDA... An awesome replacement to the standard honeycomb style start menu in WM6.5. Tested and works great...

If your tired of the standard honeycomb style start menu, this is the way to go...

Wow, this works awesome in Juicy R3.

I have a lot of my start menu shortcuts arranged in awesome colored folders. This put the folders at the top (in the exact order I would have done it manually) & then my lessor used programs are beneath the folders.

How do you get the colored folders? I know how to make folders for the start menu shortcuts, but how do you customize the folder icons?

too bad no sorting options. would like it to automatically sort by alphabetical order

Have A look at the linked post by OP for XDA. The writer has linked two apps to aid in config, one of which is an app they wrote to do exactly what you want it allows sorting.
