Need help with slider icons to run on MM rom

3 Attachment(s)
Running MM's CDMA RHodium Rom 6.5 HTC SENSE 2.1 ROm. I found some slider cons and tab I would like to use to go with my screen( made by Brent 372) but when I installed them they were wrong size. I am not sure as to why but they were created for stock rom , I am hoping one of the PPC gurus can help me out so I can use them. I am attaching a pic of what they look like after installation, you can see what I mean about being wrong size. Also the slider tab does not even show up. Here is the link that shows what they look like and also attaching the cabs and pics. If someone could check this on MM's rom and see if they have same issue and maybe a fix, I would be thankful.

Being the creator of the icons here, I am very interested to see if anybody has a solution. I installed the icons on my TP2 (stock VZW ROM) and they worked fine.

The icons for the stock rom WM6.1 will not work on WM6.5.

6.5 requires a different process for creating the icons. Especially if you are trying to use HDwall to make them. I have not had luck with HDwall and 6.5. It only produces proper 6.1 slider icons.

To make them for 6.5, I have been modifying and editing the manila files, with an image editing program.

This is not 100% true.
I know several people with Imagio's (Stock VZW ROM). The Imagio is WM6.5 with TF3D 2.1

My icon sets work fine on them.

Okay, so 98% true then! LOL

The Imagio uses an older version of Sense 2.1 with WM6.5. Therefor the slider icons for TP2 stock 6.1 and the Imagio stock rom are compatible. That's where the 6.1 and 6.5 compatibility ends for the sliders I'm afraid.

The 6.5 sliders require a larger alpha area behind the png image and the png is located in the upper left hand corner of the transparent alpha area. Whereas the 6.1 slider images are centered on their alpha backgrounds.

Enough technical mumbo jumbo and on to the point of this post. I have modified the UTX slider icons and repackaged a .cab file for those that wanted it for 6.5 with Sense 2.1.

Lefty11, this one's for you.
