After installing??? Which .cab did you install? What else do you have installed for your home page modifications?

I'm sorry, but I'm still unclear as to what .cab you installed from this thread. Was it the completely clear today .cab?
If so, it would seem that personalizer and that .cab would not get along well. As they are both editing the same file.

You could try uninstalling BG4all and reinstall it. See if that helps at all. If not. then I would suggest removing Personalizer and the .cab from here and just install the .cab from here. Then, if you want to, try reinstalling personalizer.

Yes it was the completely clear today .cab. I tried uninstalling the programs but I got a white box in the corner (I assume from personalizer). Now I cant get off the stock wallpaper again. If I remove this cab I will have the white box and sometimes I get the HTC logo on the home page.

My cab does what personalizer does without the added weight.
try uninstalling all of them. Reinstall mine then bg4all. but not personalizer.

Pegasus, thanks I will give this a try. I would like to have the same slider and clock I am currently using. The Santod Transparent clock, and the CO7 slider is what I am using. Thanks for all that you and Santod have done to assist me. I'm such a noobie!

That shouldnt be a problem but let me know if if doesnt work Ill se what I can do.

Unfortunately those are some of the side effects of installing multiple .cabs that edit the same files. If you remove one that was installed while you had a modified version of the file already, it will try to restore that modified file, which just tends to booger things up.
I know that wasn't very clear, but you should just make sure that when you install .cabs, that none of them are trying to modify the same files. As personalizer and the Completely Clear Today page both modify a common file between the two.

Sorry that you have gotten things so jumbled on your phone. You can correct it all with some work, however the easiest thing may be a hard reset.

I think it will be a hard reset tonight...since now my up volume button is actually lowering my volume! Glad I can laugh about it.
