I personally use bilbo's taskbar. I believe thats how you spell it. I ask him if I could create a theme based on it and there you go... Dark Crimson was done.

I use UITweaker to change the color of the taskbar. If I have it in my device back up, I will upload it for you... if not I think one is floating around here.

I think I'm using the same taskbar, I just searched some taskbar threads on XDA and I saw there's slight changes like a diagonal volume icon, but this one is fine and goes perfectly with your theme (it's B&W and the bluetooth goes red hehe).

Would you mind uploading it? I always favour grabbing it from a trusted source here if possible.

Is there a way to make them transparent as well, is that in UI Tweaker? I suppose that would be preferable if possible. Thanks a bunch!
