I won't be able to use that dialer as i will not be able to see it because of blinged out shiny it is DAMN!

Start -> System -> Remove Programs -> "Cookie's Home Tab" -> [Remove]
Also [Remove] "JCM Development CHTEditor" if installed :)

I try that and it wont delete the file what else can i do?

Ohh... OKay... Sounds funny but reinstall the cookie cab, It will remove it "completely" for you ;) this just happens some times when installing a mod on top of another mod, easy fix though :)
