Does anyone know how to fix the Icon getting shifted over to the left? I think this is caused by the "background for all tabs" hack? Any way to correct this and keep background on all tabs?

stop using that busted cab and use hdwalls instead...

you dont...you extract the file then copy that to your windows directory on your device using resco explorer or total commander.

follow these simple steps...
1. download the file to your desktop
2. open the file using winzip...winrar...or your preferred decompression software
3. copy manila file over to you your device(anywhere doesnt really matter but i recormmend sd card incase of a hard reset)
4. Using total commander or resco explorer copy the file that you just put on your device to the windows folder on the device. It may ask you to overwrite...say yes.
5. soft reset
6. hit the thanks button while you enjoy your custom phone badge.
