Well I answered my own question.

After installing this it asked me to reboot, so I did.

After reloading (when it got to the launching HTC Sense bit), I got hit with an error on my MaxSense (This was the ONLY thing installed, so this must of cause MY error).

I was forced to ReFlash my Rom (To which I just ditched MaxSense for now).

So I guess be careful with this and MaxSense.

(NOTE - I installed this prior on my MaxSense v1.03 with NO problems, but when I tried to install it yesterday on MaxSense v1.04 I got hit with the critical error. So I am not gonna say it won't run for everyone, just it did not run right for ME. /End NOTE) [im such a nerd, lol]
