New "iLook" lockscreen

5 Attachment(s)
Have you guys seen these lock screens? They replace the wm6.5 lock and look much better. http://translate.google.com/translat...&sl=auto&tl=en

The original developer stopped the project and is no longer working on it, but the only issue is that the clock numbers are offset and don't line up with the clock bakground as in the pics (offset a cm to the left. Does anyone know how to make the clock match up with the clock background?

This doesn't use anymore memory than the stock lockscreen since it is just a skin for the wm6.5 lock

Edit: the clock lines up fine when you change regional settings to 08:51 instead of 8:51

it just replaces the stock wm6.5 lock basically as a skin. it doesn't use any more memory than the stock lockscreen

Sorry... but how do you change the regional settings? I changed the time to 1:35 and it is way over to the left....

settings > system > regional settings > Time > Time Style to "hh:mm:ss tt" instead of "h:mm:ss tt"

it only affects the system time so it will show 04:35 in the taskbar and in the lock screen (lines up correctly) but will still show 4:35 in manila

I've tried this app on two different ROM's and still cannot get it to work. I installed a variant of the v3 and a slider cab, and did soft reset...WTF? I still get the same old Lock Screen...

I see there are some 4 .png files in the /Windows/Lockscreen folder for the particular lock screen I installed, but it never comes up.

i don't know what to tell you since i didn't actually make the app, but i know th atit wouldn't work for me on a rom that had the hdmini lock cooked in. So maybe it depends on the lock version that is cooked into the rom?

I appreciate the reply. That's good to know. Both ROM's I've tried to use this on was NRG and VIN...

were they regular 6.5 roms or 6.5.x roms... it might not work with 6.5.x

acutally, now that i think about it, the only rom it didn't work on was a 6.5.X, but i only tried the lock on one 6.5.X rom so who knows?

I am using it on NRGZ 6.5.x and it is working fine for me.

ok then so much for that theory. there must be some reason they only work on certain roms. it must have to do with the lockscreen built into the rom then.
