New WMWifirouter 2.0 release

I havent seen this yet but got an email saying a new version is out.
Best of all, even though it is 2.0- old users can still upgrade.

I'm on Sero so I cannot get the Sprint Evo with it's 4G router abilities. This will have to do...:)

Quote:
- All languages have been updated, and we’ve added support for Dutch, French and Spanish
- The multilingual version now loads much faster
- Massive amounts of code were added to ensure Wi-Fi stability on those devices with “sensitive” Wi-Fi drivers
- On most of the devices WMWifiRouter is able to use Bluetooth with, multiple simultaneous Bluetooth clients are now supported
- New Wi-Fi connections now pop up a notification with the details of the device that connected
- Power management has been improved, and an option has been added to allow the screen to turn off without manually using the power (or end call) button, for both PocketPC (professional, touchscreen) and SmartPhone (standard, non-touchscreen) platforms. On some devices this has side effects, so it is disabled by default. See the FAQ for how to enable this feature.
- Command line options have been added for the power users (again, see the FAQ)
- Some features that are not supported on your device will be automatically hidden

!!! PLEASE NOTE: WMWifiRouter v2.00 is a completely FREE upgrade for all our registered users !!!

WMWifiRouter 2.00 can be downloaded directly through the links below. The CAB installers are for installation directly on your phone, while the EXE installers are used to install through your (Windows) PC. We advise the CAB installers if you know how to use them.

Isn't this a paid program?

Why choose this over the free & operational HTC WifiRouter?

Re: New WMWifirouter 2.0 release

yes, it's paid.

I got a it a long time ago before the free HTC version came out.

To tell ya the truth, I've never use HTC's version since I got WMWifirouter...

I supported the programmer during his days on XDA-forum and stuck with it.

Assuming this is still free to registered users of ppc geeks, where do we get a license?

Sorry, there isnt a free license. The author was giving out free license to people that had donated to his program when he was developing it.

There is pre-licensed version floating around that I can search for but the current WMWifirouter releases all have to be bought.
