Short Answer: NO

You don't need to install all 3. Just the last 2. Having both cabs allows everyone choices.

while sliding the text for each tab should be black. being white, it's hard to see

cmylxgo - awesome taskbar - loving it. question though - is the bluetooth icon supposed to be kinda grayed out? it's not bright white like the other icons. thanks man!

Yah...the BT icon uses bitmap transparencies and it was fighting me to make it look good white. So I gave up and released it the way u see it...I may fix this in the future if I find time.

Also, the V2 breaks the black txt mod in NRGs ROM...I will update the package later tonight.

Updated first post with a FIXed version of the full slider install. Again this is meant for the GTX Theme and background text in the tabs are set to black and will not show on a background that is black. You have been warned and will get whacked if I get asked this question.

I am new to the installing Themes and need help. I really like the GTX Theme. I am using Energy RhodCDMA 23557 apr.12. I have been looking and trying to find out how to install the GTX theme. and what Files i need to for my sprint Touch Pro 2. Please help.

I new to adding Theme to my Energy Roms. I have been trying all day to install the GTX Rom. What order do I need to install the cabs? I am using Energy.RHODCDMA.23557.Sense2.0_Cookie_hometab.Apr. 12. Nothing I do is making the GTX wallpapper come up. Please tell me what files i need and the order to install the cabs. Thank you in advance.

Maybe it's just my phone but I have the sprint version and when I install the taskbar, it now says 3G instead of EV. Is that because of the taskbar/slider install?

I thought the EV icon looked ghey...so I swapped it for the 3G icon.

OMG!!! Thank you soooo much:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen::occasion5: :notworthy:I am been looking everywhere for a 3G Taskbar, with HD Volume and working icons for Energy Rom. Yours has finally given me that.

I can't thank you enough and please if you do change it as I know you will with your genious and creative mind, please keep at least a 3G version around for those us that do want it. I will be making a donation as soon as I get home tonight as a thank you for all that you do, will do and have done to make our devices as hot as the can be with all of your wonderful MODS. You are the best:mrgreen::mrgreen:

hmm to be a little picky, the documents tab is not aligned correctly.
also is there a way to remove the tweaks that you did for the facebook tab? installing this slider on non-GTX will make the facebook tab have black text. so this means if i'm using this on Energy non-GTX the facebook tab will have black text on black stock energy background.

overall i'm loving this thing, but would like the above fixes. thanks cmy for the nice work

The title of this thread is GTX Taskbar and Slider. If you want to edit the files yourself and post a cab...knock yourself out. As it stands now I do not plan to do any further development on this thread...and YES you are being picky.

this taskbar is great ... very clean for the gtx theme. i love too that you didn't put a %battery number... the only little drawback is the vibro mode icon, it seems a bit pixelated but im sure you did it in purpose.
