need to override default sprint modem connection, please help
 

Hello guys,
I have the Sprint touch pro 2 which I have flashed myself and I am currently using on Metro PCS. Tonight I decided to install the new 6.5 windows update. It looks nice but when I was setting up my connection settings to use Metro PCS settings, the system always blanks out the proxy settings within a few seconds after exiting the connections tab. I installed a cab called sprint_tp2_tweaks_1, which overrides the OEM sprint settings and allows me to change to Metro PCS, but unfortunately does not allow me to go into the settings or anything. I uninstalled the tweaks cab and now I am without internet.
I need to know how to override the security which sprint has placed into this system using a reg edit tool. Thanks in advance

I have a touch pro 2, stock rom, on metro pcs. I recently had to flash the rom all over again. I had issues with trying to get my internet going- Sprint HTC Guardian kept making the changes back to Sprint. So after 6 hours of research... i found it....

If you have done so, install a fake HTC CM Guardian to overide the real one...the fake is just a notepad app saved and named the same to trick the system in thinking it has the real one going...

Use dotFred Task Manager to stop the HTC CM Guardian process first....then you can use either Shaggy's CM killer cab or you can copy and paste the fake HTC CM Guardian/windows using Resco Explorer.
