Customizing 6.5 lock screen
 

Hey everyone. there is a thread at modaco in which ppl customize the 6.5 lockscreen with various graphics, such as making the clock look like the manilla one.

I was wondering how we could do the same to our HTC Devices?

Yes. As far as graphics, you only need to edit the png's. To edit the layout you need to edit you need to edit the cpr files located in either \Windows\Lockscreen or \Windows. Most of the files start with either LS_ or HTC_LS_ . The best way to get started is to get a Lockscreen EXT out of a kitchen, and look at all the files.

ok I'll try replacing the files with a HTC_LS_ in the front of them thanks!

Before replacing any of those files. I recommend you backup the defaults.
As you could essentially mess it up, to where you need to hard reset otherwise. If you have them to restore, you will be fine.
Just thought I'd throw that out there! :)
