ReSTART
Are there any similar utilities to this for moving shortcuts/icons into subfolder groups ? A drag n drop one would be great for a lazy bum like me

I use Resco Explorer.
Go to Windows/Start Menu/Programs then you can add new folders and use multiselect to move several shortcuts all at once.

thats how i move shortcuts, resco. then 2 change the icons csmi (change start menu icons) found on xda, great simple n finger friendly.
