1.7.1 is better. I'm sticking with it.

2 pages of 3x3, no text, no text bg, and weather animations turned off gives me sufficient performance. Also, I set my bottom bar to disappear after 4 seconds and I think performance goes up when the slider is hidden.

Delete all mssgs from inbox and deleted items folder, soft reset and that should fix it.

So I went ahead and just installed it. Worked great, no real problems other then I had to redo my verizon password and whatnot for data and internet access. Glad I remembered how to do all that! Couldnt access internet to find out! Really like the multifunction of all the shortcuts, and the notifications, and all the eye candy!

One question, how do I set the Cookies lockscreen to blank after so many seconds. I want the screen to go off after like 30 seconds or so.

Right now, the best way to do that, is just to use the backlight timeout setting for the device. There may be more options built into the locker for those settings in a later version.

Also, I have noticed that when I go to the cookies lock screen, it shows the missed calls, texts, emails, signal strength and battery charge. Whether I am charging or not, it shows a dead battery, and no signal strength. Is there a setting I am missing? This is using any of the lockscreen options.

Some of the lockscreen settings have changed from the older version. This is likely the result of installing over the old version. As I said it will cause some conflicts.

I'm struggling here with cookie tab maybe its just me....I'm trying to remove the background on the clock as well as remove the top & bottom curtains all of my old cabs dont work could someone point me in the right direction??

Here is my No Clock Background cab.
Give me a few and I'll post up a no curtains cab.
Just so you know though, all those files are the same still.
So if you had a no curtains cab or no clock back cab that worked on 2.5 already, it still will.
But give me a few and I'll post up a new no curtains cab.
I have one posted already, but it replaces the slider tab as well, and I've been meaning to update it.
