Can't remember how long my invite took, but I believe it was a couple of months between my request and its acceptance.

I use Fusion Voicemail Plus. It's free too. I'm on Sprint, but can be used on most carriers. Basically forwards the call on to their system, then you can see on your phone w/ the Iphone-like visual voicemail system. Can then text or call back directly...links to your contact so it's not just a phone number that shows up...fairly cool, have had some trouble with it w/ WM6.5 but fairly stable.

I got my gv number back in september, took about 2 weeks, I've since used up my invites, but went to the invite page and put in some for a few family members, did this end of january, still haven't seen anything, almost as though they stopped giving them out, my last invite I used for my brother the end of january, and he has yet to see any invites show up on his gv page

not sure what they are doing, maybe they are getting ready to go public with no invites needed

has anyone gotten this program to work with google voicemails? it seems as if gmail sends the voicemail in the form of an mp3 file & 4 this program it has to be in wav form. if there is some adjustment i need to make any help would be appreciated.
