drag everything in both files folders into your windows folder

Those files appear to be for 2.1.
You would just extract the files and overwrite the ones in your Windows directory. But I am not sure they are for 2.5.
From the screenshots, it also looks to be for VGA. Although, maybe that won't matter.
If nobody else tries them, I will look a little deeper in a little while.

That is a port that was made for 2.1.
The OP in that link was requesting a 2.5 port.

In other words, that is for Sense 2.1 and will not work on your 2.5 rom.
Which is what I thought, looking at the files. :)
So do not try to install those files on your 2.5 rom.

I've been searching here and on xda for days but I'm not getting a definitive answer. I'm trying to find a bug free way of getting a programs tab on my TP2 for VZW. The Start button thing is a pain in the neck. Sorry if I appear to be lazy. I'm not a noob here I just can't seem to find what Im looking for...
