yes sure has been a while, hope all is well with you. been really busy myself and working on getting a device sicne medical bills had me tied down for a while...

you had a good thought there besides the regular T that most sport... really digging the work

It's pretty close S2W. I'm gonna mess around with the tones of the glow a bit and see what I can come up with. The image itself looks a bit sharper than the precision icons I used as those started out 80x80 and by the time I stretch them to 256x256, they get a bit distorted. So I may just use your icon and make all of the rest of them to match it.

Edit: If I use your icon as is and remake the rest to match, I can easily come up with a better stocks and weather icon. Looks like I have a bit of work to do.

Download the .cab to your pc. Open active sync, click the explore button. Click "My windows mobile based device", click storage card (if you have one, if not just drop it in the previous folder), you can drop it here or in any folder you want on the card. Open file explorer in the phone. Navigate to where you put the install file. Click on it, select install to device (note that if you are on a stock ROM you will probably get a warning about unknown or untrusted software, just click yes to install anyway.) Once done, press ok to soft reset and you are done. Also, follow the instructions in post #2 in red to set the color scheme for the phone.

Can you instead of using active sync dl the cab to storage card and go from there? Also at the risk of sounding completely moronic here how the heck do you find out what version of manilla(sense) is on your phone? I am running the stock ROM wm6.5...

Wow that was tough going from 80 to 256. But, I am here to help, all you need to do is ask... would be easy to remake all the icons for that look.

It's up to you. I don't mind doing it. I just never attempted it and seeing how you did it will make it pretty easy. I was going to make a new stocks icon by tracing the default one. The weather icon I am going to grab a weatherbug icon and trace that. It really shouldn't be too much work to do using your format for the glow but if you really want to take the time to do it, I don't mind. It was nice having a 256x256 icon to start with and scale it down for the smaller slider icons than doing the reverse.

If it's a cab file I just installed it to my device and did a soft reset and was rockin an awesome theme. If you have USCC Stock TP2 I had to go into the registry into:
Hkey_Local_Machine\SOFTWARE\HTC\Manila scroll down to version and it will say mine says...2.1.19202217.5, but most people just use 2.1 1920

This is the only place that my TP2 shows the manila version in older versions from Sprint and AT&t it had it listed in the settings tab in manila and in the About section. No longer there for newer TP2's. Hope this helps.
