Strange, the slider should have changed to become transparent. I may need to actually install a 2.1 rom on my phone to get it proper. At least the icons look right and work :)

Have you installed any slider fixes or similar in the past on your current phone/rom ?

im on verizons new sense ui rom, but i reinstalled it again and it didnt change. so you may want to try it, cause im not sure why its not changing

Install this and see if it changes. If you want to.
Then rtwood can look at the file in this cab to correct if he wants to.

Slider icons look familiar rtwood! ;-)

I may have to stick with just doing 2.5.1922 sliders. The reason being is that I think there are too many mods and roms for 2.1 with different manila files. Someone else tested the 2.1 slider and it did not work at all for them.

However, I am going to flash my phone with a Mighty 2.1 rom and just port the manila files over, basically doing it the old fashion way.

Have you created any of these sliders (ie the actual images) or just placed them in the manila file with cfcgui? Many of them look familiar to me, but I can't remember for sure. It would be nice to know who authored the images... They also work fine with sense 2.5.1921 and probably some of the other earlier versions of sense 2.5.

I have not made the actual images, that would have caused me to go insane :) . I am going to list the author for each icon set soon. I have gotten the icons from many different sources and all are authorized for public use. It is time consuming to make the sliders themselves, I could not imagine me actually creating the icons as well.
