[layout] FingerKeyboard2.1 Phrases Layout
 

Yesterday i shared my orange TouchPro2 skin for FingerKeyboard2.1

This is my phrase layout based on Giannis86 idea for VGA version of FKB2.
Basically its a 9 button layout for common phrases. I don't really use to many, I i usually use it to reply when i'm in a hurry, or can't sms. I made this layout for the TouchPro2 so its WVGA. Layout was made modifying the layouts from version FingerKeyboard2.1 . IT should work with any of the stock WVGA BLACK keyboards. Semi-easy to edit once you understand layout of buttons.

** To edit phrases txt file directory is...
Program Files\FingerKeyb\Skins\skin-01-text.txt
you can download to PC or i use TotalCommander to edit

Entries look like this

CScheme txt1 IDTS
Action txt1 SS:160I don't think so.

CScheme txt2 bye
Action txt2 SS:160Bye.
____________
"IDTS" is what shows on button.
"I don't think so." is what is typed when pressed.
** becarful not to change "Action txt1 SS:160" that is part of magic.

there are 2 entries for each button, so "CScheme txt1" is normal press and "CScheme txt2" is hold press for that same button.

I tried to PM you... I am going to modify this to fit my Larger WVGA layout and post it in my thread. I will give you credit. Yours is easier to adjust than Giannis's. If you have a problem let me know ASAP.

Okay, maybe I did something wrong. I installed the CAB and I am using a FB2 stock black keyboard. But I see no way to turn on or select the text layout. On the Giannis VGA keyboard there a TXT key. ANy suggestions?

There should be a "phrz" selection when you go thru the configuration of the keyboard. Then its just like selecting another language.

Your right sry cab had old version of PHRZ layout. Im attatching the layout just copy to :

Program Files/FingerKeyb/Skins

Instead of restarting phone just enter FingerKeyb config, apply without making changes and that should take care of the issue.

Sorry again. Don have all files on this comp. Got hit by Facebook virus, and i have to restore files. Ill update cab over the weekend.
