Looking for animated weather wallpaper that comes in touchflo 2.5/manila, WITHOUT having to flash new ROM.lookin for a cab file to install......??????

Sorry, you gotta have 2.5 at this point, to get the animated wallpaper. It's a feature built into the HD2 Leo interface and has not been back ported to 2.1 as of yet. Not sure if it's even really possible, without a great deal of modifying the systems files quite a bit. Which would likely have adverse effects. Besides, you're not missing much, IMO.

It is possible to get weather wallpapers on 2.1, install Apristel's cab...

Well, actually after rereading what was asked. The animated WEATHER wallpaper comes with 2.1. Thought you were talking about the other animated wallpapers that are only on 2.5. You should already have weather wallpaper on 2.1. You just have to set it to default wallpaper for it to work. Or use the other two ideas mentioned, so you can change it.

HDwalls leaves it intact and looks great, or there is the above mentioned cab that also works but with a sacrifice to quality and adds a little sluggishness to the interface overall.

As far as the ANIMATED (non-weather) wallpapers in 2.5, those are not on 2.1.
