How do you change the splash screen?
 

I appreciate all the efforts of those posting cabs for doing this, but is there a way to create our own splash screen using our own photos?

Someone posted an online image converter to do this:

What format do you convert it to?...And what do you do with it afterwards?

the pic has to be in png formate if i remember correct there are a few tuts on this subject!
