Anyway to get 3G icon instead of EV on sprint?
 

I searched and couldn't find anything. Is there a was to get the 3G icon like on verizon?

most of the time, the dll that contains the image for the taskbar has ALL icons within it. i think that the phone chooses the one it needs. what i have done in the past is to go into the dll with a resource editor and swap the EV icons with the 3G icons and all is well..


i know that might not make much sense, but it not that hard. i can make the switches for you if you provide me some more info and a dll file.

are you running winmo 6.1 or 6.5?

MM newest 6.5 ROM with the custom taskbar. If you can provide the programs and basic instructions i may need i could probably do it

All my Taste The Rainbow Taskbars have the EV icon replaced wtih 3G icon...
