Re: Dusk Theme By Pegasus *~ Updated~* (12/14/09)

It has:

SetupDLL.dll
HTCSipSrvc.dll
ezinput.dll
eT9RegInput.dll
eT9MyWords.exe
eT9ime.dll
eT9DisInput.dll
eT9Dictionary.dll
CheckIme.dll

Question, can I get rid of the XML's, TXT's, DLL's and EXE's, reCAB it and install it (just PNG and BMP files?) I guess I could give that a try and see what happens....hehe

No, I would not suggest that at all!

Ok, I will listen to you. Can you please explain to us what would happen if you have tried it already? I was looking at PNG and BMP (2 bmp's are the lower keyboard images that you press to get keyboard) and they look like they could be replaced with ones on \Windows but I am not an expert at THEMES so I will wait for a solution.

If you really wanted to try anything. I would say install SDKcerts>reset> then try to install the keyboard.cab. Most likely you will still have an issue though, I'm afraid.

Yeah, that was with sdkcerts installed. It's the 1st thing I install on my phones.

Sounds like that skin has some unsigned DLL files in it, which could also be the reason for no haptic feedback.

when I have some time I'll look into it but like /santod said its probably an unsigned file. just trying to finish up on some other graphic's work first.

I'm pretty sure Rhodium Keyboards use a different driver than the Whitestone as the EzInput keyboards based on Rhodium kill the Imagio as well.

I think what you are referring to in the third post, is the notification manager that is present in the taskbar dropdown in the 6.5.3 release rom.
