[OEM] Custom Rhodium Notification Manager

Here is a new Tachi (HTC Twin) type Notification Manager. Now has buttons that actually work and not just a notification box.
Requires 21XXX sys. |

says it cannot be installed on device and internal storage. im running mighty rom 4.8, any ideas?

I'm on a 21042 rom and I installed SDKcerts and it wouldn't install for me either.

THe notification manager and layout file seem to be the problem.. I've managed to copy all the files except those 2 so far from by transfering them from my memory card to internal storage:WIndows

ok... I got it working... just use total commander to transfer the oem files into the windows folder... works perfectly... thanks JMZ you'r the man!!

the only thing i seem to have gotten wrong it seems is that the button at the bottom which normaly reflects "ok" or "back" displays no writing but is still functional
