if you flash to a 6.5 rom, i doubt you'll go back. you can, but i doubt you would want to. it feels very polished. 6.1 reminds me a lot of 2003, not much changed.

They say May 11th which is in 5 days so i can't wait

thats apart of the WM7 theme for 6.5
i beleive the only way to have it right now is to have the wm7 theme.

Correct. The all in one notification panel is called CHome. You can enable it using the CHome Editor.
