Looking for 6.5 Lite version

Recently have been trying to upgrade cabs for better performance, New drivers for TCPMP, Flashvideo Bundle, Google Maps, Etc. on older Drellisdee Rom and have been unsuccessful due to the fact these programs are in the Kitchen/Rom itself, so I cannot remove. I want to correct this problem for future upgrade by installing a bare bones, no programs other than performance enhancing stuff in the build, memory, bluetooth, battery etc. Video Bundle, TCPMP and other peripherals I want to be able to install and delete as needed. It's been a minute since I udated my kitchen, so if I have the option to uncheck or not select certain programs during the kitchen build process, I apologize.
