Upgrading to 6.5 (Alltel)

Was just wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction on what I need to upgrade to 6.5. Sorry if this has been already posted somewhere.

Thanks I was looking over that. So it will work for Alltel and Sprint? Also, if I have netframework 3.0 do I still need to download 2.0?
