PPCGeeks - WM6.1-20270 build MMS not working and missing buttons to map

I used the PPC Kitchen tool to create a new ROM and have two issues that I have not been able to work out.

1st, MMS will not download. I had to update my registry to add the X-VzW-MDN key but that didn't seem to fix the problem. The send recieve is also greyed out. I am using the 5.0.31.11 version. in the server tab it shows verizon wireless but I can't add or edit this. SMS works fine

2nd. the button mapping only shows the voice and comm manager buttons. How can I add back in the messenging, IE, and camera buttons on this screen so I can map them.

I also noticed that at the end of the build process it says that this is not a supported build number. Should I go back to an earlier build number?
