wont load back splash screen! flashing mistake?
 

I flashed my vx6800 and I used ryan moguls ROM, I didn't pay attention to the fact that the rom may require an upgraded radio and after the flash was complete now my phone wont load past a splash screen that says "microsoft windows mobile 7" I tried pressing the buttons which will put it into bootloader (tricolor) which was camera and power + reset however it wont recognize active sync once I get it to that point. Any help please??

I had this happen when I first flashed too. I don't know if this is the only way, but the SD card method should work to flash the correct radio.
