Refurb XV6800 - can't unlock/flash
 

Hello,

I got a refurb XV6800 through Verizon with MR1 (and probably MR2) preloaded. When I put it in bootloader, it shows:

TITA100
SPL-2.07.0000
CPLD-9

I can't get Olipro to run, I can't get NueRelocker to run, I can't load a rom ... what's the deal? Any ideas?

I recently got a refurb XV6800 and had the same issues. I tried to run both Olipro 2.40 and NueSPL 2.47 and it would freeze without completing the unlocking process. I eventually went to the Restore to Stock tutorial here:

Initially that wouldn't work either. Then I extracted the files and flashed the .nbh file for the old rom using the SD card. That worked and got me to a point that I had an unlocked ROM and a non-GPS radio that I was then able to update.

I know this is a late post to an issue that may not be an issue for anyone else, but I ran into the same problems and resolved to unlock without downgrading the rom.

It appears that the refurb phone needed a hard reset before attempting to run nueSPL 2.47.

After the hard reset, the phone prompted for user customizations which apparently had not been run since the phone was refurbished. After customizations ran, then the nueSPL no longer got stuck with the grey 'Loading' screen and no progress or reset.

What a pain.

I ran into the same problem with the referb I got the other day. I had to flash back to stock then re-unlock/flash to get it work.....

im having th same problem right now but they are sprint and are two of them what rom did you us?
