Upgraded to 6.5 on Mogul, no voice command?

I get an error when using my voice command button. I know and tried the cyber something voice command, which i hate. And love the fact that the stock one i had with 6.1, i could record "Call Susan" as-is, and it called. With the cyber-somethin voice command, i have to talk like "call susan at mobile", which is more complicated.
Is it still there in 6.5, and just needs a registry fix to re-link it? Also, any other registry fixes for 6.5?
