Mighty Rom 4.14 no Active sync on XP, Vista and Win7 Please Help!!
 

Hi every one. I installed Mighty Rom 4.14 on my Sprint TP but now I cant active sync in XP or WMDC. When I Downloaded and installed WMDC, It started to install drivers for th ephone but gave me an error (please see attachment).
Here is what ive tried:
1) hard reset tphone but no joy.
2) Tried installing and uninstalling activesync on XP but plugging the phone is does nothing, not even an acknowledgement that its plugged in.
3) tried on both vista and win7 but get the above error.
4) went into setttings> connections > USB to PC and unchecked the "enable faster data sync" settings
5) Even tried to enable Disk Drive option but it did not work. The phone gives no indication of being plugged in other than the charge LED .
I want to reflash the phone but how can I do that without activesync or without hokking it to a computer. Is there a way to do that via the SD card?

Ok i managed to flash it with a different rom using a micro sd card and now i can active sync. Here is a link i used for instructions to flash using uSD card.

Just FYI...this is the thread for Mogul/6800 upgrades....looks like youre using a TP....

My phone has 0 issues connecting to Windows 7. However I do have some issues alot of the time with BuildOS's updater in Windows 7. Sometimes I can get it to work, most the time I can't. so I still use XP an ActiveSync. Sucks cause only PC around with XP or Vista is at my dads house.
