PPCGeeks - HELP!! Can't get ROM to load onto my 6800

Ok,

The only problem I am having is that the ROM I cooked won't transfer to my 6800. I have no problems cooking it, or anything else.

* It reaches the point that it shows the progress scale on both the phone and on the PC, but hangs at 0% and then says there is a communication error.
* If I try the recovery, it still doesn't work
* I can even set the phone to boot mode (the different colored screen that says "usb" when you plug it in) and still it goes to 0% and does nothing.

Help!

I even went so far as to search for, and download, the HTC 6.1 Upgrade ROM and see if it would communicate with the phone. My concern being that it may have been something with either the phone or the PC. However, the upgrade ROM worked flawlessly. I then tried to reload the cooked one with the kitchen and same as before.

Anyone have any ideas how I can get this to load on my phone?
