cause code: 32773
 

I unlocked my mogul using Olipro 2.40 then I Installed RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.56.651.0_RS_TITAN_3.42.02_S PCS2.04_PPST_0718_Ship to get the GPS working and it did. Everything is working fine, internet, calls , except text messages.

I cant send text messages at all . I get the error - out of coverage "message will be sent when phone returns to coverage" cause code: 32773.

I have looked all over and I cant find a way to fix this.

I'm guessing here but did you provision the data (run iota)? Try start/settings/phone/services/scroll to internet/getsettings/start. Give it a few seconds after clicking start before something happens. Let it run.

yeah i had tried that and doest work, weird thing is that the internet , calls and gps work fine. it just the text messages that dont work.

Well locked the phone and sent it back to sprint... got my replacement , upgraded to gps rom unlocked it... installed custom rom and all works.. maybe i had a defective refur from the get go,

so u put in a faulty claim on your phone, cuz YOU messed it up??? why didnt u just flash back to stock, and try again?

no wonder sprints going broke

When I first got my phone i didnt check if the text was working, i was too eager to flash it...

I also did flash it back to stock and tried a few times ... All worked except the text. I'M assuming the hardware was bad toi start with. It was a refurbish phone its possible someone else had damaged it before i got it. ... No one seems to know about this error.
