Sprint stock ROMs and relocking
 

I'm returning a faulty Mogul and I need to get it back to stock. I have the relocker on my MicroSD card but if I understand things correctly, I need to flash back to stock first and then relock. I downloaded the ROM from HTC's site but it gives me an error when I try to run it. I can always try from another PC but I have run ROM update utility from this PC before. I poked around and found what claimed to be a stock ROM on this site but it got to the tricolor screen and then started updating before saying that this ROM was not for my device.

Anything I am missing here?

Relock then flash backwards.

OK I'll give it a shot.

edit: nah still no good. The one from HTC won't run and the one I got here gets to the update screen and says it can't be used on my device. I will just try at home on my personal computer. This work PC can be a pain in the buttocks.
