Restoring stock rom

Hey, I was running a custom rom (upgraded radio etc) and the phone ended up in a box not being used. I'm selling it, I simply want to restore the default Bell setup. Doesn't matter if its locked or anything (it's unlocked right now and I have oli 2.4)

I downloaded;

_BellPPC6800_RUU_HERCULES_BM_WWE_2.17.666.2_RS_HER CULES_1.59.10A_BM_1.34_Ship.exe

What do I need to do to install this?

I believe you will get what you want by just hooking the phone up to your comp, and running that file from the comp. You may have to relock first, but I don't think so.
