Radio vs OS upgrades
My US Cellular phone does not allow the ## dialers.. I suspect it is the sprint radio? When people say do not allow it to customize, how do you stop it when it says customizations being applied.. doesnt seem to allow you to say no..
Do the EPST internet settings get reset with radio upgrades or with OS upgrades? Can I upgrage my radio to a newer release to get the ##'s back? |
Re: Radio vs OS upgrades
Hi, I will hep you out with what you asked but you need to learn to use the SEARCH feature!
The Radio IS NOT carrier specific. This been discussed several times before and had you searched you would have known this. By not allowing customizations you hit the reset hole at the bottom before the customizations start. Again, this has been around since the Apache days and maybe before that. The Radio is NOT going to fix the carrier codes. It's because of the Dialer you're using. The custom ones don't work. I use the the HTC Vogue Dialer, then install a custom one via cab. If I need to use the codes then I unistall and use the HTC Vogue Dialer. So again, use the SEARCH feature and you wil find most of what you needed. :) |
Re: Radio vs OS upgrades
used to have a cab that fixed ##codes, all it did was change a value
