how do i update to radio 3.45

all the radio upgrade apps go up to 8% then give a Invalid Command error. only one works and thats 3.35.xxx. what to do?

Are you using the RUU to flash the radio? I had the same problem using the RUU, and I flashed via SD card and it worked fine.
