So I did a hard reset and backed up my contacts. Like a fool I forgot to save the backup program. A friend of mine put it on so I dont remember which one it was. I tried Pim and I cant get it to work. Does anyone know what I could do to get my contacts back?

What did you use to back up with? Does your friend remember bc if not.........youre SoL. Do you still have the backup file itself and if so what is the extention on the end of it?

It could be PPCBACKUP thats a pretty common program too.

Its quite easy to find out what program that was used for your backup. Tell me what the file extension is and I will tell you which program. Use resco and un hide file extensions. Look for the extension name after the .xxx
