Help! Titan stuck in 2.47 bootloader and won't relock!

So I need to return my phone to Sprint.
I had NueRom3 on it, and then I put the original Sprint rom on it. I ran the relock program, and when it goes to the bootloader mode, it shows I believe No2Chem 2.00 something, but when I reset it, it goes right back to 2.47
I attempted to unlock, and relock again, but it won't budge.

This is on a Vista computer.

hmm, i would try reflashing the sprint ROM then if it gets all booted up, relocking it. Whenever i was about to take my mogul in i would load up the latest sprint ROM, then do the relocker tool. always worked like a charm.

ive just reloaded teh stock rom and dont bother with the bootloader. havent been hassled yet.....

Did you flash a stock rom?
