GPS wont work with any custom rom
 

I just got the 6800 last week and have been having no luck getting the gps function to work with any cooked roms. It works fine with the Verizon MR1 rom. Any help would be welcomed.:violent2:

thats not his problem. Verizon has some kind of lock so that only verizon navigator works on the mr1 rom. There is some hack you have to do to let 3rd party apps access the gps. Even if you flash to a custom rom after the official verizon 6.1 update.

Try following this tutorial over @ XDA as it seems to be what you need.

No luck, I have walked through both sets of instructions neither made a difference. Just to give a little more info here are the ROM versions
ROM 3.49.NO2.5067
ROM date 04/19/08
Radio version: 4.42.50
Harware version 0003
PRL version: 51101
PRI version 2.03_002
