Apps Not Installing After Official ROM Update
 

Hopefully I'm posting this in the right place; I've gone here quite a bit over the last year gleefully learning from the posters here, and don't want to be a jackass and post in the wrong area.


Anyway, just updated to the new ROM update for my Sprint Mogul (taking it to 6.1), and now quite a few of my programs are no longer installing through activesync. The two most oft-used ones are Ringo and Vito Funcontact. Any time I try to install them (there's more I'm sure) it says there was an error in the setup files. I've gone over every thread I can think of, and can't find a solution.

This happened to me recently, and I was unable to find a resolution. Some people have had luck with changing the reg entries provided in the following post:
